This is one of the most delicate Darjeeling First Flush teas. Professionally created, second in line and very tippy clonal whole leaf grade from Chamong group. One can admire the make of the tea even before it has been put into the pot for brewing. 

PAIRING SUGGESTION

This is a melody which is harmonious, yet shall stand out on its own. One could pair this with any tea-time snacks, preferably with white meat based eats. Lemon tart or lemon flavoured cake could be tried for understanding the body of the cup. This is a flowing liquor on the palate so sip it slow to understand the distinguished Himalayan floral notes.
