A matured First Flush whole leaf grade from the lower elevations of Sree Dwarika Tea Estate, Darjeeling. Very early March production. Preserved with extreme care in very small containers with a three-layer moisture proofing arrangement. Very high quality clonal leaves were used to create this lot of rare teas just for Jiabharali. You can taste the notes of early floral characteristics with a woody finish. A medium bodied tea with quite a provocative aroma during the brewing stage itself.
PAIRING SUGGESTION
Flour and wheat based breads, supplemented with eggs, cheese and butter. Any kind of salad. Plain cakes and muffins. Fresh vegetables boiled or sautéed. Grilled meat goes fabulously with this. Pineapple based pastries could bring out the fruity notes of this matured drink.

With breakfast or during late afternoon. Also could be appreciated with light, early lunch. Tastes best when complemented with boiled, baked or toasted food items.
